I attended a really great meeting last night. It was the inaugural meeting of the Milton Keynes Wellness Circle, which is a group of therapists who have got together to host an evening of fun and education. Therapists are on-hand to speak to members of the public about what they do, taster sessions are offered and local community groups, charities, artists and musicians are invited to take part.
Other groups are springing up quickly; groups are to be found in Northampton, Bedford, Hemel Hempstead and Rickmansworth.
The Bedford group is next meeting on Monday 19th January in Bedford and Thursday 29th January in West Hertfordshire. The next Milton Keynes meeting will be on Wednesday 25th February.
